🔎 About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician (Pest Control), you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Key Responsibility 1: Inspections: Regularly check guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and gardens for signs of pests.

• Key Responsibility 2: Treatments: Apply safe sprays, baits, and traps to eliminate pests in line with safety regulations.

• Key Responsibility 3: Prevention: Find and seal cracks, entry points, or holes to prevent pests from entering.

• Key Responsibility 4: Keep accurate logs of chemicals used and ensure all products are stored locked and safely away from guests.

• Key Responsibility 5: Assess potential entry points and structural vulnerabilities to provide preventative recommendations.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training is a plus.

• Skills: Excellent observation skills, a high level of discretion (especially around guests), and strong communication skills to report findings to management.

• Education/Certifications: Valid local Pest Control Operator license or specialized certification in pesticide handling is highly preferred

• Other Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
