Job Purpose

• To supervise and ensure the smooth, safe and engaging operation of the Kids Club, providing a fun, caring and memorable experience for children while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Welcome children and parents warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Ensure children are properly registered and that all required information and parental instructions are followed.
• Maintain constant supervision of children and ensure all safety procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure the Kids Club, equipment, toys and activity areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
• Handle parents' requests, concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Report any accidents, incidents, maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department immediately.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare basic activity schedules and ensure activities are varied, engaging and suitable for the children.
• Maintain proper records, attendance and relevant Kids Club documentation.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for all children.
