Job Description
We are looking for a Barista / Barman who brings skill, personality and genuine care to every guest interaction.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in barista, bar or hospitality service
- Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- A warm, professional and guest-focused approach
- Strong attention to presentation, quality and cleanliness
- Positive attitude, reliability and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and grow with Vallé
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Barista, Barman or in a similar hospitality role
- Relevant training or qualification in Food & Beverage / Hospitality is an advantage
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation, beverages, mocktails and bar service
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and responsible beverage service
