Job Description

Role Summary : 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Web Content Administrator who loves great content, has an eye for detail, and enjoys bringing websites to life.

You will help shape the online experience of our luxury brands by publishing, updating and optimising website content that inspires travellers around the world.

Core Responsibilities

  • Upload, edit and publish website content using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Keep pages, offers, images and property information accurate and engaging.
  • Work closely with Digital, Marketing, PR and Web Development teams to deliver content on time.
  • Optimise content using SEO best practices and metadata guidelines.
  • Support content reviews and audits to maintain quality and brand consistency.
  • Monitor publishing schedules and help improve content workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright and data protection requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Web Development Team to monitor and sustain online content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. 
  • Stay up to date with CMS developments and digital content trends.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Digital Media or Communications or Marketing, Web Development or an equivalent qualification.
  • Umbraco certification would be a definite advantage, though not essential.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of working experience with a CMS. (Umbraco is our primary platform and direct relevant experience would be a plus but candidates with experience on other systems are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Experience publishing and maintaining content on corporate or hospitality/travel websites would be a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/GEO, HTML and CSS.

Other Requirements

  • High attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Clear, professional written communication in both English and French.
  • Comfortable working across teams and taking direction from both content and technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a methodical approach to repetitive, high-volume tasks.
  • A clean certificate of character is required.
