As Team Leader, Program Management & Payments, you will lead strategic initiatives across card issuing and acquiring, including the migration of our Credit Cards core system and the delivery of innovative payment solutions. Reporting to the Manager -Payments, you will work closely with internal teams, technology partners and payment scheme stakeholders to drive transformation, introduce new products and support business growth.

 Responsibility

• Lead and deliver strategic payments and card transformation projects.
• Manage the migration of the Credit Cards core system.
• Drive system integrations, testing, certification and implementation activities.
• Support the launch and enhancement of card issuing and acquiring products.
• Collaborate with Visa, Mastercard, fintech partners and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Coach and support team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular project updates and recommendations.

Profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project or programme management within banking, cards or payments.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, acquiring and payment ecosystems.
• Experience in systems integration, digital transformation or product implementation.
• Knowledge of payment technologies, APIs and industry standards would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Creole.
