Natec Medical Ltd is looking for a dedicated and professional Nurse to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and medical support to employees.
• Dispense medicines in accordance with applicable requirements and company policies.
• Conduct back-to-work interviews following sick leave.
• Support employees with medical insurance and claims documentation.
• Maintain confidential and accurate medical records.
• Manage medicine and medical supplies inventory, including ordering and proper storage.
• Conduct health awareness and wellbeing initiatives.
• Participate actively in Health & Safety initiatives.
• Support compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Respond appropriately to workplace medical incidents and emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a hospital, clinic, or company environment.
• Experience in emergency response and health surveillance.
