Responsibility:

• Welcomes and assists Team Members, guests, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a professional and security-conscious approach.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for guests, Team Members, and hotel property.
• Monitors access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas in accordance with hotel security procedures.
• Conducts regular patrols of the hotel premises, including public areas, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and other designated zones.
• Checks and verifies identification, access passes, deliveries, and movement of goods where required.
• Monitors CCTV cameras and promptly reports any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Responds promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and other unforeseen situations.
• Assists in managing emergency situations, including fire alarms, evacuations, and other safety-related incidents.
• Prepares and maintains accurate security reports, incident reports, logbooks, and records.
• Ensures that lost and found items are handled and recorded in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Controls and monitors the movement of vehicles entering and leaving the hotel premises when required.
