Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, generators, pumps, and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and respond to electrical breakdowns.
• Inspect and test motors, control panels, wiring, starters, relays, and electrical components.
• Perform motor servicing, troubleshooting, replacement, alignment, and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and reports.
• Follow all electrical, Health & Safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Identify potential equipment failures and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Supervise and guide junior electricians and technicians when required.
• Work closely with other maintenance teams, hotel departments, suppliers, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to guest and departmental technical requests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
• Attend training and meetings and perform other duties assigned by the Assistant Engineer, Chief Engineer, or Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or related field.
• Relevant experience in electrical and motor maintenance.
• Knowledge of motors, generators, pumps, control panels, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use testing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
