Job Description
•Assists in embedding a strong learning culture across Ninety-Six Hotel
Collection through rigorous follow-up of the Learning Management System, of any
group trainings (internal and external) and all related learning and
development initiatives
•Supports the organisation and coordination of onboarding and induction programmes for newcomers across the Group
•Supports the management of the LMS
and learning journeys, including content creation/coordination, uploading,
enrolment, completion tracking and reporting
•Coordinates and participates in welfare, wellbeing and staff engagement
activities for the group
•Responsible to keep track and liaise with HRDC for all refund claims so as to ensure maximisation of return on
investment
•Coordinates with external service providers and training institutions
•Follow up of trainees: track attendance, evaluations and training
records to ensure each trainee's progress and completion
•Assists in coordinating the CSR action plan, employee volunteering and
sustainability activation across hotels
•Assists with the Talent Management and OPR process, including
preparation of talent reviews, updating talent information, development plans
and follow-up of agreed actions
•Coordinates and track, & update training effectiveness, training
hours, participation, learning completion and other learning KPIs
•Provides administrative and coordination support on other People
Development and Group HR projects as required
