Chue Wing & Company Limited （ABC Foods） is a leader in FMCG distribution in Mauritius and a major Division of the ABC Group of Companies.


Job Description:

ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic and reliable Brand Admin to join our Marketing team and shall report to the Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

To assist the Marketing Manager and Brand Executive with the day-to-day administration and coordination of marketing and brand operations.

 

Key Duties:

  • Prepare and organise activation kits for all brand activities.
  • Coordinate materials and products required for events and activations.
  • Maintain inventory of POS materials, promotional items and activation equipment.
  • Prepare and manage product samples for marketing activities.
  • Coordinate the issue and return of activation materials.
  • Assist with event preparation, setup and logistics.
  • Maintain activation schedules, records and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare purchase requests, quotations and other administrative documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, Warehouse, Sales and Logistics for marketing requirements.
  • Support Brand Executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of marketing documents and materials.
  • Perform any other cognate duties assigned by Management.

 

Key Qualification:


  • Minimum HSC Holder 
  • Diploma holder in Marketing or any related field
  • Holder of a valid driving license

  • Excellent communication in both English and French
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver results within tight deadlines
