Job Summary

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and well-organized working environment. The role involves cleaning offices, common areas, facilities, and other designated areas according to company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, rooms, corridors, common areas, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, kitchens, and other facilities.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish safely and appropriately.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and other fixtures when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture, equipment, and other workplace areas.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary.
• Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning activities when required.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working on company premises.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar position is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Honest, trustworthy, and professional.
