Job Description
Attends to calls, directs calls and provides telecommunication services as appropriate.
Performs wake up calls in line with the hotel policies and procedures.
Verifies the functioning of telephone and fax installations as per hotel standards& procedures.
Prepares telecommunications bills for departing guests.
Uses properly and safely all tools, equipment and material made available.
Attends daily and other briefing as per Hotel Policy.
Takes immediate action upon feedback received.
