Maintains effective and cordial guest relations and advise guests on programs, equipment and safety issues to achieve service excellence.

Invites guests to participate in various entertainment activities

Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement

In charge of the opening and closing of the Gym and any other access at the Sports Centre area

In charge of the storage and the distribution of fresh towels at the gym and to pick dispatch soiled done at the end of each shift, where applicable

Plan, organises and conducts Sports & Leisure activities for guests and teenagers as and when required

Reports all anomalies to the Sports & Leisure Supervisor/Manager
