Job Description
Carries out maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventive, in the Hotel as well as in outside catering functions, on various types of utilities, equipment, hardware, furniture & fittings, electrical appliances, etc..) as per instructions, norms and standards.
Assists in various project works as instructed by superiors.
Follows up on any pending items that may be on order and keeps superior updated on assignments.
Maintains a thorough log of each day's activities and problems that occur and ensures that the information is passed on to other shifts.
Tracks and interprets readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units and records findings for submission to superiors.
