Job Description
Welcomes and greets guests promptly and politely.
Direct guests to table pull chairs to seat them.
Seeks/Obtain instructions from Superior on service and reservations for the day.
Prepare and places tags on buffet.
Ascertain number and time of arrival of guests on reservation.
May help in the setting up of tables.
Present menu to guest and may advise them about food and service.
Accompanies departing guests and bids farewell.
Attends daily and other briefings as per hotel policy.
