Dayanand Boholah Seafoods co.ltd. is looking for a motivate –oriented  customer service representative who is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and other customer requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information when required.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Meet company standards for customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
• A minimum HSC/Bac qualification is required, along with proficiency in office software. Previous experience in administration or logistics is a plus, although we are open to dynamic individuals looking to grow their careers.
