Job Description
Takes over bar from outgoing barman, checks accuracy of stock in line with the handing over procedures.
Performs Mise-en-Place for bar areas as per Hotel Standards and procedures.
Welcomes and greets guests promptly and politely.
Directs and seats guests.
Present bar list and proposes appropriate drinks.
Takes, confirms and processes orders.
Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Serves drinks at bar counter.
Presents bills and ensures that all rules concerning billing are respected.
Completes and submits relevant reports and control sheets.
