Join our growing team as a Junior Recruiter, sourcing talent, supporting candidates, and developing recruitment expertise.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with our recruitment team to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a range of positions across different industries and global markets.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, confident communicating with people, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Identify and approach potential candidates who match specific job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate searches and shortlist suitable profiles.
Candidate Screening & Engagement
  • Review CVs and applications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, availability, and suitability for vacancies.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information regarding roles, interview processes, and next steps.
Recruitment Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and CV submissions for clients.
  • Track candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Assist with reference checks, offer processes, and onboarding coordination.
Client & Team Support
  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring requirements.
  • Assist with market research and talent mapping.
  • Support the team with recruitment projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with candidates and clients.
  • Meet agreed activity and recruitment targets.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident speaking with candidates and building professional relationships.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Suite, and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
  • A proactive, positive, and target-driven approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry.
