Job Description

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the selected candidate will hold a key role in driving improvement programs for our factory or in specific departments.

What you will be doing?
  • Provide technical support for installation, operation and maintenance of equipment and systems (electro mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial control system)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in the design, testing and implementation of engineering solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals and reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (maintenance, operations, production, IT etc.) to improve processes
  • Support project execution, including planning, scheduling and coordination
  • Assist Maintenance Manager in agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications

What are we looking for?
  • Degree in Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Working experience in the Textile & Manufacturing Industry will be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Industrial Mechanics, Electrical and Automated control system
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and project supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to technical emergencies
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage critical path and deadlines
  • Analytical and Programming skills
