Job Description
- Welcomes, greets and seats guests in accordance with the welcoming SOP.
- Provides accurate information on restaurants, menus, facilities and services.
- Identifies and records guests’ preferences, special requests and dietary requirements.
- Engages with guests to obtain feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Handles guest complaints and concerns promptly, escalating to Management when required.
- Assists guests with special needs and ensures their comfort and convenience.
- Coordinates with F&B and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintains awareness of restaurant operations, promotions and special events.
- Ensures guest preferences and important information are properly communicated to the relevant team.
- Builds positive relationships with guests and contributes to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
