Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Heavy Vehicle / Trailer Driver to operate heavy trucks, including DAF trucks and trailers, for the safe and timely transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate DAF heavy vehicles, trucks, and trailers safely.
• Transport goods and materials to designated locations on time.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.
• Follow all road safety rules and traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip sheets, and vehicle documents.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Follow assigned routes and company transportation procedures.
• Perform other driving-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid Heavy Vehicle / HGV driving licence.
• Proven experience driving heavy trucks and trailers.
• Experience with DAF trucks is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading duties when required.
• Good communication and basic record-keeping skills.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a heavy vehicle, truck, or trailer driver preferred.
