Job Description
About the Role Quality Beverages Limited is seeking a proactive and organized People Executive – Learning & Development to drive employee learning initiatives and support selected HR Operations activities. The role will coordinate practical development solutions that strengthen capability, support performance and respond to business needs in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities What you will be doing: Learning & Development • Conduct training needs analyses and translate identified capability gaps into an annual training plan aligned with business priorities. • Coordinate internal and external training, induction, leadership and talent-development programmes, including providers, logistics, budgets and records. • Administer the Learning Management System, maintain learning profiles and content, monitor completion and support employees and managers in using the platform. • Develop and maintain skills matrices, track mandatory certifications and support succession planning and individual development plans. • Evaluate learning effectiveness and prepare dashboards and reports on participation, expenditure, completion, competency gaps and business impact. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety training requirements and maintain accurate, audit-ready learning records. HR Operations • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination and pre-employment administration. • Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to provide a consistent and engaging experience for new employees. • Contribute to performance management, employee engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives. • Maintain accurate HR data and reports and provide general operational support across People and Culture projects. Requirements Key Competencies: • Strong planning, coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, engage employees and promote continuous learning. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Business Management, Psychology or a related field. • At least three years’ relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR Operations; exposure to recruitment is required. • Practical knowledge of training needs analysis, annual training planning, learning administration, skills matrices and training evaluation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience administering a Learning Management System. • Experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or multi-site environment would be an advantage. • Professional certification in training, coaching, talent management or e-learning would be an added advantage.
