People Partner
Job Summary:
Your role as People Partner is to cultivate and enhance connections with leaders in the relevant fields and collaborate towards achieving business strategy goals. Additionally, offer expert consultation, direction, and assistance throughout the employee lifecycle to foster a superior employee experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Being the go to person for the managing team in terms of recruitment.
· Being involve in the recruitment process by providing applicants with great candidate experience, from the job opening to accepting the job offer.
· Responsible of introducing the new employee to the organization, providing support and guidance, and ensuring that the employee has the tools and resources they need to be successful in their role.
· Assist in identifying and providing training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills to get better in their roles.
· Help in implementing rewards and recognition strategies to create a culture of appreciation and to promote employee’s value, motivation and engagement.
· Your goal is to create a positive work environment where employees can thrive and be productive.
· Being fully involve in implementing performance development strategies.
· Play a critical role in monitoring and evaluating employee performance by setting clear performance objectives, providing regular feedback and coaching, and conducting formal performance evaluation.
· Responsible for managing employee’s departure process including exit interviews, ensuring all company property is returned and facilitating the final payment of any outstanding benefits.
Candidate profile:
· Degree in Human Resources, in social science or any related discipline.
· 5 years of working experience in the human capital department.
· Communication Skills.
· High degree of Confidentiality.
· Proactive attitude.
· Problem Solving Skills.
· Knowledge of HRMS.
· Good knowledge of Labour laws.
