Espace Maison Ltée is looking for a meticulous, proactive, and results-driven Stock & Security Controller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that all system-generated delivery notes are duly signed. In cases where manual deliveries are made, ensure that the appropriate delivery notes are subsequently generated through the system.

• Perform ad hoc verification and analysis of stock adjustments, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and reported.

• Ensure that all stock in transit is accurately recorded and reported.

• Verify that all manual returns to suppliers are supported by the appropriate system-generated purchase return documentation.

• Conduct sample checks of till settlements and cash deposits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Perform physical counts of cash floats and reconcile them with payment records.

• Conduct the annual physical verification of company fixed assets and recommend adjustments where necessary.

• Ensure that all inventory control procedures and supporting documentation are properly completed and signed by the relevant parties.

Requirements

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, or similar role.

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
