We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting accurate laboratory testing and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Label, prepare, and process blood, urine, and tissue samples for laboratory analysis.
• Perform routine chemical, microscopic, and bacteriological tests in accordance with established laboratory procedures.
• Clean, calibrate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Accurately record laboratory data and prepare test results for reporting.
• Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and regulatory standards. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a medical laboratory environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results.
• Good organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
