• Advise and assist customers on purchase of products in store and provide efficient and prompt service in accordance with Hotel Standards and procedures;

• Promote sale of products and upsell in a polite and unobtrusive manner;

• Converse with guests, show them around, assist them in finding the right product and provide any relevant assistance;

• Attend cash register, present bills, and ensure that all rules concerning billing and cashiering are respected;

• Assist Superior in drawing requisitions for store for replenishment of stock to guarantee supplies;

• Take over cash drawer, check accuracy of stock in line with the handing over procedures.
