Pallagames is a private casino group in Mauritius offering day and night gaming entertainment, including card games such as Vanlak, dice games such as SicBo and 7 and a variety of slot machines. The company operates across two locations in Mauritius, Rose-Hill and Goodlands, providing opportunities for team members to work in dynamic, customer- centric settings.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Mauritius. The HR Professional will manage day-to-day HR Operations, including employee on-boarding and off-boarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits and leave administration. The role involves implementing and updating HR Policies and procedures, supporting managers with HR related guidance, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The HR Professional will assist with recruitment and selection, support employee engagement initiatives, help resolve workplace issues, and contribute to building a Positive, inclusive work culture accross all Pallagames locations.

Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management with the ability to handle day-to-day HR Operations and support organizational objectives.
Experience developing, implementing and communicating HR policies, with a solid understanding of local labor regulations in Mauritius.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including leave management, rewards and compensation related processes.
Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 3 years of service at same position are the minimum required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
Experience in hospitality, gaming or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
Proficiency with HR information systems (e.g, ViperTex Payroll & HR) and basic office software (e.g, Ms Office), and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
