Get to know us

Attitude Hotels Mauritius : Travay kot nou enn lot sa!

It started in Mauritius, with a simple idea: hospitality should feel genuinely connected to the place you're in - its culture, its people, its communities.

That idea became Attitude. And it's taken us further than we imagined... all the way to Zanzibar.

Wherever we are, we make choices that respect the places that welcome us - from supporting local economies and removing single-use plastics, to building a workplace where people are free to be themselves. That's earned us B Corp certification, Best Workplace in Mauritius since 2022, and Great Place to Work recognition since 2017.

And, in the most unbiased opinion (obviously), it's a lot of fun working with us! A great place to grow and thrive.

The story is still going. Come and be part of it.

The team you’ll join

You’ll be part of a close-knit team where everyone supports each other — especially during peak service hours.

Your manager will guide you, but also give you the space to grow, try, and improve.

It’s a team where things move fast, but where people still take the time to help each other.

What it’s like here

We'll be honest - selling ourselves isn't really our thing. So here's the simple version of what working here actually looks like.

We're a team of 1,600+ people who genuinely care about what we do and how we do it. Good energy, real inclusion, and the freedom to be yourself — that's what working at Attitude feels like day to day.

And because we believe in growing together, we invest in the people who make it all happen.

What you can expect:

• Profit-sharing scheme and service charge (because good work should always be rewarded)

• Access to Attitude Academy VET by EHL (real training and talent development program)

• Discretionary tips (a way to salute common efforts)

What happens next

  • A first review of your application
  • A quick conversation with our HR team
  • A meeting with your future manager
  • We aim to get back to you within 2–3 weeks.

Sounds like you? Let’s talk.

Send us your CV and a few words about yourself.

We’d love to hear your story.
