Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students through the process of applying to universities in Australia and the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on course selection, admissions requirements, visa processes, and career pathways while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students on study opportunities in Australia and the UK.
* Assess students’ academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses and universities.
* Guide students through the university application and admissions process.
* Assist with preparing and reviewing application documents, including academic transcripts, personal statements, and supporting documents.
* Provide accurate information on visa requirements, English language proficiency tests, scholarships, and tuition fees.
* Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely submission of applications and required documentation.
* Liaise with university representatives to stay informed about admission criteria, programme updates, and recruitment initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and communications using the internal CRM system.
* Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
General information
2-5 years' relevant experience
Salary negotiable
Working hours 83am-430pm, Mondays to Fridays with occasional overtime after 430pm or during weekends
Opportunities to join the IELTS team as a casual IELTS invigilator
