What you will be doing:

• Manage the daily operations of the main store, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.

• Ensure stock is stored, labelled, and tracked accurately.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow FEFO/FIFO stock rotation.

• Oversee Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and verify deliveries against Purchase Orders.

• Resolve delivery discrepancies and ensure timely processing of GRNs.

• Review invoices through the PO, GRN, and Invoice matching process before submission to Finance.

• Ensure stock is issued against approved requests with accurate documentation.

• Carry out regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.

• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

• Experience with GRN processing, invoice verification, and inventory systems.

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
