Our client in the financial sector is seeking to recruit for the post of Analyst and Senior Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

•        Coordinate the activities of the company Sub-Committees and/or Working Groups.
•         Conduct research on various topics and prepare papers for internal and/or external use.
•         Work with the chairperson of each sub-committee & working group to define agenda & project timelines and execute all related tasks.
•         Work with stakeholders (e.g. banks, BOM, MRA) and colleagues to drive projects to completion.
•         Assist with ad hoc tasks and new committees; occasionally support other projects and colleagues.
•         Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, providing timely updates and recommendations to management and member banks.
•         Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, government agencies, industry partners, and international banking associations.
•         Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and training sessions organized by the company.
•         Contribute to the drafting and review of policy statements, consultation papers, and communications.
•         Maintain accurate records of committee meetings, project progress, and stakeholder communications.

Profile:

•         Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Law, Sustainability, or any related field.
•         Minimum of 5 years' working experience in banking operations/payments systems, economic research and strategy, with a good knowledge of Financial Services sector.
•         Knowledge of AI tools shall be an advantage.
