JOB PROFILE
Rey & Lenferna Ltd is
looking for a Trainee Quality Assurance / Compliance who will assist the Team to ensure that company
operations, processes, and products meet the market standards and comply with
all regulatory requirements. He/she will gain hands-on experience in quality
systems, audits, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
·
Assist in the development
and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation (SOPs, work
instructions, manuals, etc.).
·
Participate in internal
audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
·
Review records for
compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
·
Maintain proper filing and
archiving of QA/Compliance documentation.
·
Support training sessions on
quality and compliance standards.
·
Participate in continuous
improvement and risk management initiatives.
·
Perform any other
QA/compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills
& Attitude
·
A Bachelor’s Degree in
Management or Business Administration or Management with Law or equivalent.
·
Attention to detail and
organisational skills.
·
Good written and verbal
communication skills.
·
Ability to work both
independently and in a team environment.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft
Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·
Willingness to learn and
adapt in a dynamic environment.
