Assistant to IT infrastructure Head.

 

Provide day to day assistance to the Head of IT infrastructure.

 

Manage IT inventory.

•⁠  ⁠Asset Tagging: Apply tracking labels to laptops, monitors, and servers upon arrival.

•⁠  ⁠Database Entry:Log serial numbers, user assignments, and hardware statuses in our system

•⁠  ⁠Stock Management: Organize the IT storage room and monitor physical inventory levels.

 

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in administrative operations.

No prior IT experience is required, but strong organizational skills and tech familiarity are essential.

Mandatory knowledge of using SNIPE-IT asset management software.
