We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organised, and collaborative Architectural Draughtsman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural and technical drawings based on architects' sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
• Use Autodesk AutoCAD to prepare detailed architectural drawings with accurate measurements, dimensions, construction details, and technical specifications.
• Assist in developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings.
• Make modifications and updates to drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
• Contribute to multiple projects while meeting established deadlines and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised project documentation.

Requirements & Skills

• Certificate/Diploma in Architectural Draughtsmanship OR Degree in Architectural Technology.
• 3 to 7 years of work experience in an architectural firm.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD is essential.
• Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Working Hours: 9:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
