Rey
& Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee
technicians and subcontractors for electrical / mechanical works.
Role
& responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings,
wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts as applicable.
- Estimate materials, equipment, and
personnel required for installation, maintenance, and project execution
activities.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors
during installation and maintenance works to ensure compliance with safety
standards, quality requirements, and regulations.
- Maintain stock inventory of spare parts
and consumables.
- Maintain constant verbal and written
communication with the Technical Team and customers.
- Ensure that all relevant Preventive
Maintenance Contract (PMC) information is updated in the ERP system, including
equipment databases and servicing records.
- Ensure that customer requests are handled
promptly and that service interventions are attended to within agreed
timelines.
- Ensure all installation, testing,
inspection, servicing, and repair activities are carried out in accordance with
approved specifications, company procedures, and manufacturers’
recommendations.
- Any other cognate duties as may be
assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications
& Experience
- A Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or
equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a
similar role.
Knowledge,
Skills & Attitude
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and
equipment, including design, installation, testing, commissioning,
troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
- Good understanding of standards (NFPA, BS,
EN or local codes).
- Good written and verbal communication in
both French and English.
- Good problem solving and decision-making
skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused
mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Holder of a valid driving licence for
private car.
