The investigating and accurate assigning of all moneys deposited into the DHL bank accounts and reconciling of the same.

Work with customers and respective country AR departments to identify customer payments on the bank statement.

Maintaining customer goodwill and internal goodwill.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To follow up proactively on payment reconciliations.

- Manage full process of the payment cycle.

- Reconcile payments on the bank statement.

- To contact customers who have been identified as having paid but not provided remittance.

- Rectify unapplied cash on the AR with the respective AR departments and customers.

- Allocations of banking to be done on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Qualifications:

ACCA Level 1 and or Higher School Certificate with Accounting

Expected (Years of) Experience:

- Basic accounting experience (2-3years)

- PC Literate

- Good communication skills

- Reconciliation and Banking Experience

- Ability to work extra hours

- Good interpersonal skills

- Debtors experience
