Position: Full Stack Developer

A Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions that align with business objectives.

1. Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in system architecture and technology decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.

2. Development & Customization

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components.
• Customize applications to meet business requirements.
• Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services.

3. Maintenance & Optimization

• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues.
• Perform system updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production systems.

4. Strategic Development

• Recommend new technologies and process improvements.
• Support digital transformation and system modernization initiatives.
• Contribute to technology planning and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.

5. Project Management

• Participate in project planning and task estimation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
