Job Description
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop detailed financial models and analyses to support transaction structuring and decision‑making.
- Assist in identification of suitable financing options.
- Liaise with financial institutions for financing.
- Support execution of financing transactions including but not limited to debt raising, capital structuring, bond raising, syndicated facilities, project financing, green financing and Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Assist in preparation of financing documents, term sheets and information memoranda.
- Perform scenario analysis, forecasting and sensitivity testing.
- Analyse key financial information to optimize financial planning.
- Conduct financial and market analysis to support advisory activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including banks and advisors.
- Assist in preparation of management reports, dashboards and any other reports as may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Degree in Finance or any equivalent qualification.
- Member of either ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
