We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Key Store Manager to oversee and safeguard our company’s inventory, stock, and warehouse operations within the electrical sector. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of materials, strict compliance with procedures, and the highest standards of accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of goods or materials.
• Supervise store staff and coordinate daily operations to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs of stock levels, movements, and transactions.
• Ensure proper safeguarding of inventory against theft, damage, or misuse.
• Implement and enforce strict control measures to prevent loss, damage, or misuse.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control.
• Provide regular updates on stock balances, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare reports for management.

 

Qualifications:

·        Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred.

·        5 years or more proven experience in store/warehouse management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.

·        Good knowledge of inventory management systems and applicable software.

·        Strong organizational and leadership skills.

·        Excellent knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.

·        Ability to work with precision and maintain high accountability.

·        Good communication and reporting skills.
