Shop Manager

Are you a passionate retail professional with strong leadership skills and a customer-first mindset? We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock control to minimise losses.
• Ensure attractive merchandising and store presentation in line with company standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare work schedules and manage staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor cash handling, banking, and daily sales reporting.
• Analyse sales trends and implement initiatives to improve store performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience in leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with POS and inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
