Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Strategic & Finance Executive to support the Group's funding strategy and drive key financing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the Group's strategic financing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Assess funding requirements across the Group and identify suitable financing solutions and structures.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of financing transactions, including bilateral loans, syndicated facilities, and capital market transactions.
  • Prepare financing strategies for key projects, investments, and refinancing exercises.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, financial institutions, legal advisers, and external partners throughout transaction processes.
  • Prepare transaction documentation, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for senior management and Board review.
  • Monitor financing transaction timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Assist in negotiating financing terms, conditions, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, financing covenants, and Group policies while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Identify transaction risks and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5- 7 years' experience in corporate finance, treasury, strategic financing, investment banking, or financial advisory roles.
  • Proven experience in financing transactions, funding structures, loan facilities, or capital raising activities.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, financing instruments, and corporate finance principles.
  • Experience dealing with banks, financial institutions, investors, and external advisers.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different business units and senior management levels.
