Position Overview
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting in-depth financial analyses, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting, contributing to the company's overall financial health and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial projections, and long-term financial plans
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance data visualization and analysis
- Participate in special projects, such as financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices
Requirements
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
