Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To lead warehouse operations by ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of daily activities while driving team performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse operators to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Plan, organise, and allocate daily workloads based on operational priorities.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure activities are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, quality, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Transport, Inventory, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage attendance, discipline, and employee performance.
  • Identify operational issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate stock handling and compliance with WMS processes.
  • Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational priorities effectively.

  • Experience & Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience in FMCG and cold chain operations is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Work Schedule

Candidates must be flexible to work on either of the following shifts, based on operational requirements:

07:00 – 16:00 (Monday to Friday) and 7:00 to 12:00 (Saturdays)
14:00 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 10:00 to 15:00 (Saturdays)
