Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical finance professional with at least five years of experience to support the financial planning and strategic development of our industrial and startup ventures. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing business plans, assessing investment opportunities, and providing financial insights to support decision-making and long-term growth.

Working closely with management and operational teams, the candidate will contribute to building sustainable businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review and maintain detailed business plans and financial models for new and existing projects.

2. Develop financial projections, including five-year forecasts, budgets and cash flow analyses.

3. Conduct financial feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.

4. Analyse operational and financial performance, identify trends and provide recommendations to management.

5. Support the preparation of presentations, reports and financial documents for banks and management.

6. Monitor project costs, profitability and return on investment.

7. Collaborate with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into financial strategies.

8. Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

9. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in strategic decision-making.

10. Assist in setting up financial processes, controls and reporting structures in startup environments.

11. Carry out market research and benchmarking to support business expansion initiatives.

Profile & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.

2. ACCA qualification, partly completed ACCA studies, or an equivalent professional qualification is required.

3. Experience in financial modelling will be considered an advantage.

4. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in finance, financial planning, business analysis, or a similar role.

5. Previous exposure to startups, manufacturing, or industrial businesses would be an asset.

6. Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business valuation.
