• Adherence to established Store Receipt & Issues procedure.
• Upon receiving of goods, ensure goods are stored correctly in corresponding location and with proper identification labelling.
• Notify superior of low stock levels in a timely manner.
• Ensure daily recording of Cold Room temperature.
• Ensure slow moving and short lifetime products are efficiently handle to eliminate obsolescence.
• Participate in Monthly Stocktake.
• Ensure return of 'Empties' is done regularly.
• Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to reporting line manager.
• Ensure cleanliness of store.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to HODs and reporting line manager.
• Ensure filling document is done as per procedure.
• Ensure security of workplace before leaving store.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

• School Certificate (SC) and have at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Be Computer literate
• Good physical capacities, for significant lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, frequent stooping and kneeling.
• Good Organisation Skills
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Honest and trustworthy.
