We Are Hiring – Finance Trainee (Accounts Payable)

Fixed-Term Contract (One Year)

Join our dynamic Finance team as a Finance Trainee (Accounts Payable) and develop your skills in accounts payable processes, supplier management, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

·       Process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.

·       Maintain supplier ledgers and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

·       Process payments to suppliers within established timelines.

·       Prepare and maintain commission bills.

·       Assist in intercompany reconciliations.

·       Process payments relating to pension funds.

·       Maintain client ledgers for pension fund activities.

·       Assist in compiling data required for actuarial valuation purposes.

·       Perform general accounting functions and provide support to the Finance team.

Candidate Profile

·       Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting, or Higher School Certificate with ACCA Level 1, Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or any other equivalent qualification.

·       Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

·       Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
