We Are Hiring – Finance Trainee (Premium)

Fixed-Term Contract (One Year)

Key Responsibilities

·       Process standing orders and check-offs on a daily basis.

·       Clear rejection lists and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

·       Clear deposit accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.

·       Process premium transactions and maintain accurate records.

·       Create schedule lines for client ledgers and ensure client ledger updates.

·       Update and maintain records on SharePoint.

·       Provide backup support to the cashier as required.

·       Perform general accounting functions and provide support to the Finance team.

Candidate Profile

·       Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting, or Higher School Certificate with ACCA Level 1, Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or any other equivalent qualification.

·       Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

·       Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
