We are recruiting Restaurant Managers with strong leadership and operational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant employees.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily assignments.
• Monitor customer service and ensure high service standards.
• Oversee food quality, presentation, and service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory control.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally.
• Monitor sales, costs, and operational performance.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional workplace.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Good proficiency in English and French.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Professional, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to relocate to Canada.
