Exotic Group is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Merchandiser to join our team and play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing, production planning, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of merchandisers to ensure purchases are completed cost-effectively and delivered on time.
• Oversee the complete merchandising cycle, including monitoring critical paths, to identify and resolve delays, risks, or quality issues promptly.
• Ensure the merchandising team operates efficiently, proactively, and in alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and finished garments to support uninterrupted production and timely deliveries.
• Work closely with production units to ensure sufficient order flow and optimal utilization of production capacity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders to achieve operational and commercial objectives.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in textile merchandising.
• Strong technical knowledge of both jersey and woven garments.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and experience using them in daily merchandising operations.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accountability.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile when required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
