Overview of the Role:
Assure that a friendly and efficient service is offered to guests at all times, as per standards
Communicate with guests and team to achieve satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
Increase sales & ensure on-going profitability and have knowledge of financial matters
Main Missions:
- Ensure proper grooming of all staffs
- Assist in providing the maximum of services of guest
- Help promote upselling
- Ensure efficient use of materials and equipments to minimise wastage
- Ensure to be proactive in maximising sales and generating revenue
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Help generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Oversee all front and back of the outlet operations
- Assist maintaining quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
Candidate's Profile:
- Qualification in NC 3 or equivalent and/or prior professional experience in Food and Beverage.
- Working experience as supervisor in the Food industry
- Understand both English and French.
- Ready to work in Chamarel.
